Description

Delta Solder Wire NC601 is a no-clean flux-cored solder wire available for both leaded and lead-free alloys, including SAC305 and SAC405. It delivers strong fluxing activity for fast wetting and maximum solder spread, comparable to RA-type performance. Formulated with purely organic acid activators, it leaves minimal, non-tacky residue while maintaining high reliability. The wire exhibits virtually no spattering and complies with IPC-J-STD-004B standards, making it suitable for clean and efficient electronic assembly processes.
