Description

Qualitek® 813 is a halogen-free, water-soluble flux designed for wave soldering, SMT assembly, and lead tinning applications. It provides excellent wetting performance and remains active at high soldering temperatures, ensuring reliable soldering results. The formulation is optimized for foaming processes, delivering a stable and uniform foam head for consistent flux application. Compatible with both leaded and lead-free solder systems, it supports high-reliability electronic manufacturing and requires post-solder water cleaning to achieve optimal cleanliness.
