The AP-100 Plasma Cleaning System utilizes a high-frequency, high-voltage transformer to generate amplified current and voltage.
During operation, an arc discharge occurs between the electrode and the grounding discharge head. This process ionizes the surrounding air (or special gas), creating a plasma state composed of mixed ions and electrons.
Through a compressed air injection, the plasma is expelled from the nozzle, forming a high-energy plasma jet capable of efficiently treating and modifying various material surfaces.
