No-clean Rosin-based Flux 305

Description

Qualitek® 305 is a no-clean, rosin-based, halogen-free flux designed to deliver superior soldering performance, particularly on single- and double-sided plated through-hole (PTH) boards. Comparable to RMA-type fluxes, it provides excellent wettability while leaving minimal to no visible residue after soldering. Originally formulated for tin-lead soldering processes, it ensures reliable performance with non-conductive residues, making it suitable for high-reliability electronic applications.
