Description

GW9810A-6A is a medium-solid, no-clean, lead-free soldering flux formulated with enhanced rosin and resin systems, organic activating substances, and carefully selected additives and solvents. It delivers excellent solderability with strong wettability, smooth solder flow, and reliable tin penetration, resulting in bright and well-formed solder joints. Designed for modern lead-free processes, it maintains stable performance across a wide range of soldering temperatures. The no-clean formulation minimizes residues while ensuring high electrical reliability. It is halogen-free and compliant with RoHS and REACH standards, and compatible with spray, dip, and foam fluxing methods.
