Description

Delta® Solder Wire NC600 is a no-clean flux-cored solder wire designed for both leaded and high-temperature lead-free alloys such as SAC305 and SAC405. It delivers strong fluxing activity to ensure fast wetting and maximum solder spread, with performance comparable to RA-type flux systems. Formulated with synthetically refined resin and effective activators, it produces clear, non-conductive residues with minimal residue after soldering. The wire exhibits virtually no spattering and is RoHS compliant when used with SAC alloys, making it suitable for reliable and clean electronic assembly.
