The Microfocus X-Ray Parts Counter is a German-engineered precision counting system designed for fast, accurate, and fully automated component verification in SMT production. Powered by AI deep learning algorithms and equipped with an 80kV closed-type X-ray tube, this system ensures reliable counting even for ultra-small components such as 01005 chips — achieving up to 99.99% accuracy in under 10 seconds.
The system’s AI deep learning algorithm automatically identifies component types without pre-binding. It learns key geometric and visual features — such as aspect ratio, edge angle, and contour deformation — to continuously enhance accuracy with each use.
Through the cloud-connected database, every machine synchronizes its data and downloads optimized. This ensures continuous improvement in speed, accuracy, and component recognition coverage over time.
