Product Overview
CoolTherm® EP-6008 BLK / 6010 is a two-component epoxy system designed for potting and encapsulation of electronic assemblies. It provides robust protection for sensitive components against environmental factors such as moisture, dust, vibration, and thermal cycling, while maintaining strong electrical insulation and mechanical integrity.
With a low-viscosity formulation, the material flows easily into complex geometries and narrow gaps, enabling complete encapsulation with minimal air entrapment. Its operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C supports reliable performance in demanding electronic and industrial environments.
